1.Mixer blades and lining board. The material of the mixing blade and the lining board is generally wear-resistant cast iron, and the replacement parts need to be replaced according to the requirements of the specification.

2.Conveying belt. Due to the poor load and conditions of use, the conveying rubber belt is prone to aging or damage, and needs to be replaced in time if it affects production.

3.The discharge door sealing strip of the concrete mixer . If the sealing strip of the concrete mixer  is worn out, it is easy to cause leakage problem. Assume that adjusting the position of the discharge door does not compress the seal and cannot deal with the leakage problems, it indicates that the seal is seriously worn and it is necessary to replace it.

4.Dust filter core in the top filter of the cement silo. After cleaning the filter element, if the dust removal effect is still not good, it is necessary to replace the filter core of the dust collector.

5. Conveying belt rollers, due to the friction and collision from the conveying belt, the conveying belt rollers should be replaced once it stuck or worn out, otherwise, it will damage the belts.

6. Press button on control panel, due to it ‘s pressed frequently when we operating the concrete mixing plant, so it should be changed once it out of working.
