Q1: What kinds of equipment and service you supply?

A1: We manufacture and sell Concrete Batching Plants,cement silos and related spare parts.

Q2: How can i be your agent?

A2: Easy, you will be our agent after you buy one set of our machine, or the order you recommend was done.

Q3: Can you supply the rubber conveyor belt for crushing plant?

A3: Yes, we can supply the EP plain conveyor belts, trough belts and chevron belts for both batching plant and crushing plant.

Q4: Do you offer warranty on your equipment?

A4: Yes, we offer 12 months since commissioning date for new equipment purchasing.

Q5: what range size Silos you supply?

A5: The regular size is 30T- 300T, and the biggest Bolted Type Silos can up to 1500T .

Q6: What kind of spare parts you supply?

A6: All Batching plant parts, including mechanical processing parts, mixer wearing parts, pneumatic fittings, load cell, belt conveyor parts, roller, motors, bearings, electrical elements & cables, switch board and so on

Q7: which payment terms acceptable to you?

A7: T/T term: 30%T/T as deposit, the remainder 70% should be paid before shipment. L/C term: 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight without “soft clauses” T/T & L/C term: 30% T/T as deposit, the balance 100% by irrevocable L/C at sight without “soft clauses”

Q8: Where is the cargo loading port?

A8: Normally at XIAMEN PORT, CHINA; also the main port of CHINA MAINLAND.

Q9: How long your offer be valid?

A9: Our offer stable through a year; we only adjust price when the international currency exchange rate changed and raw material cost changed.

Q10:How about the installation and commissioning if i buy the machine ?

A10: We will dispatch our after-sale service engineers to guide the installation, commissioning and training your operator on site. You should pay for round air ticket, board(meals), lodging expenses and a daily allowance of USD$100 per person per day for our service engineer.

Q11: how long it will take to install 50 m3/h concrete batching plant?

A11: Normally, it will take 7 days to erect the Plant, 7 days to fix the small fittings, and another 7 days to do calibration, commissioning and training.

Q12: What’s the leading time for brand new Batching Plants?

A12: Normally 30 days.

Q13: Do you supply used Concrete Batching Plants?

A13: No, but we supply the relocation or retrofit work service for used concrete batching plant as request

Q14: Can you process machine according to our requirement?

A14: Yes, warmly welcome OEM , and also can print your logo as requested
