What you should know well on Concrete Batching Plants

switch off the computer after daily job.
no operation on batching plants during the lightning happen.
Before starting the concrte batching plants, you should ring the bell, and make sure there is no people stand under the belt conveyor and discharge tunnel.
Checking the computer system data and alarm record before operating everyday.
Checking the bolts and nuts, make sure all in position.
Checking the situation of the belt roller and mixer blade and lining boards, and do changement or adjustment accordingly.
Checking the safety valve on the air compressor once a year at least.
Clear out the cement from screw conveyor after daily job, checking the hanger bearing of the auger feeder once a week.
If the additive pump and water pump are adopting centrifugal type, please make sure there is water or admixture inside the pump, to avoid idling and burn up ,When using the submersible type, the pump should be in liquid.
if need to do some welding work on the batching plants, please make sure , the welding place should be away from the load cells and other sensitive switch, to avoid any damage happen.
if for dry mixing, the max feeding material capacity can not beyond 50% of the mixer’s rated capacity.,
The Ready mixed concrete batching plants power should be seperated, if any other device in jobsite need power, can not connect to the switch board which special for batching plants only.
