I. Concrete Mixing Plant Mixer motor can’t be started

Fault phenomenon

Press the start button of the concrete mixer on the console, the concrete mixer does not start

Reason Analysis  

1. The detecting protection switch of the concrete mixer and the key-locked emergency stop switch of the main motor are not connected.

2. The emergency stop switch on the console is not reset.

3. The power switch of the motor is not connected.

4. The motor stop signal must be reset.

Solution 

1. Check whether the turn on signal of the detecting protection switch of the concrete mixer is sent to the PLC.

2. Check whether the emergency stop switch on the console is reset.

3. Check whether the power switch of the main motor is connected.

4. Check whether the main motor stop signal is reset.

II. In the automatic production process, the Concrete mixing plants aggregate batcher does not discharge the aggregates after weighing finished

Fault phenomenon:

In the automatic production process, one or several kinds of aggregates were weighed and held in the measuring hopper without discharging ,and the system stop running.

Reason Analysis 

1. The hopper door is not closed in position.

2. There is not output signal of discharging in the weighing instrument .

3. The fine aggregate weighing door is not closed in position.

4. Aggregates must define the discharging order.

Solution 

1. Check whether the hopper valve is sticking material or the door is not closed in position. After the door is closed in position,

2. Check whether there is output signal of discharging in the weighing instrument.

3. Check whether the belt conveyor is started.

4. Check whether the fine aggregate weighing door is closed in position.

5. Check the window of the computer , to see whether the discharging order of the aggregates is defined.

III. Concrete mixing plant  inclined belt conveyor can’t be started

Fault phenomenon:

After the concrete mixer is started normally, press the start button on the console, and the inclined belt conveyor does not start.

Reason Analysis

1. The concrete mixer is not started .

2. The detecting protection switch of the inclined belt conveyor is not reset.

3. The power switch is not connected.

4. The stop button switch is not reset.

5. The washing machine button is not reset

Solution

1. Check whether the detecting protection switch of the inclined belt conveyor is reset.

2. Check whether the power switch is connected.

3. Check whether the stop button switch is reset.

4. Check whether the washing machine button is reset.
