Reduce the hydration heat rise of concrete produced by auto concrete batching plant
,Under the premise of meeting the design requirements and construction quality, the most effective method to reduce the hydration heat temperature rise of concrete is by reducing the amount of unit cement as much as possible in ready mixed concrete batching plant and adopting medium and low heat cement. The calculation shows that the thermal insulation temperature rise of concrete can be reduced by about 1.2 ℃ by using less 10kg cement in each cubic meter of concrete. In order to reduce the amount of cement used in per unit concrete, the mixing design should add some flyash and admixture.
,Concrete batching plant use fly ash as much as possible: fly ash can replace cement to reduce the hydration heat temperature rise of concrete and improve the performance of concrete. On the premise of meeting the performance requirements of concrete, the amount of fly ash should be increased as much as possible, and the content should be determined by the test of mix proportion. According to different parts and requirements, fly ash can be added by 20-30%.
,Selecting suitable admixture and in reasonable dosage
,The low collapse concrete is used as far as possible. The test results show that when the slump is reduced by 1 cm, the cement can be reduced by about 5 kg / m3 in concrete mixing plant, and the temperature rise of hydration heat can be reduced by about 0.5 ℃. At the same time, when the structural size and steel bar spacing are allowed, high graded concrete is adopted as far as possible, the particle size of aggregate is increased and the amount of cement per unit is reduced, which is beneficial to improve the crack resistance of concrete. The test results show that the every grade increase of concrete will reduce the cement by 20kg/m3 , and the hydration heat temperature rise of concrete can be reduced by about 2 ℃.
,Control the thickness and interval time of concrete pouring layer. In order to facilitate the heat dissipation of the concrete pouring block, the height of the foundation layer and the old concrete restraint is generally 1~2m, and the interval between the upper and lower layers is 5~10 days.
